80% Credit Guarantee
For the 80% Credit Guarantee Product, the annual guarantee fee rate is up to 0.45% of the loan or credit facility amount (as applicable), with a maximum total loan amount of HK$18 million.
Borrowing enterprise:
- must be a limited company, sole proprietorship, partnership or unincorporated body, have business operations in Hong Kong, and be registered under the Business Registration Ordinance (Cap. 310);
- must not operate a lending business or provide funds for a lending business through any means;
- must not be a connected company of the lending institution;
- must not be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (including the Main Board or GEM) or any stock exchange outside Hong Kong.
As at the date of submitting the relevant application form, the borrowing enterprise must have operated in Hong Kong for at least one year.
